A super experience...as always. This dealership is a hidden gem on a crazy, busy, pushy Island. This is my sixth lease so far, and I've never felt pushed or pressured in any way. I used to DREAD shopping for new vehicles, but since I've discovered North Shore Honda I now look forward to it! Andrew Perry is fantastic. No pressure, understands what I want and need, and knows all the options on all of the vehicles. And always works easily to give me a great price. This is my sixth lease through Andrew, and I expect to see him when my current leases are up. More

Great Experience I have leased many Hondas throughout the years. Most recently I leased several through Babylon Honda working with Gary Schwimmer. Gary is now the Sa I have leased many Hondas throughout the years. Most recently I leased several through Babylon Honda working with Gary Schwimmer. Gary is now the Sales Manager at North Shore Honda. I contacted Gary when my lease was up and as usual he was very easy to deal with. Gary is upfront with everything and always responds to every question. When it came time to do the paperwork, Gary handed me off to Daryl. Everything went fine and as usual, there were no last minute surprises. I have another lease coming up soon, I will be contacting Gary and Daryl again! More

I was able to explain what I wanted and they delivered to the best of their ability (Better than what I expected actually). Henry was great to work with, truly a wonderful person. Dishonest, and unethical Wish i could give zero stars. Me and wife bought a crv at this dealership in November. After coming to a agreement with the salesman we were told to r Wish i could give zero stars. Me and wife bought a crv at this dealership in November. After coming to a agreement with the salesman we were told to return the next day to sign loan with the finance guy. Next day we meet with Richard Cirami and were told we had 2 options the lower rate was with teachers credit union. Richard told us to get the service agreement which was $2500 i refused but he told me that the bank wont do the loan without it, so we agreed, That day i had my 2 year old so we did not exactly read all the papers before signing it. 2 days later or so we get the paperwork from the bank and the loan amount was like 3k more then we thought. we agreed on $19995 for the car including taxes, plus the $2500 service agreement plus maybe less then $500 in other fees. we put down 3k cash plus 2k for the trade in. So fianl amount should have been $17900 or so, but the loan was actually $20900, Next day i went to the dealership and confronted Richard about this and he gave me all kind of xx about it, i also told him that he lied about the service agreement the bank told me they dont care about it. He told me that all the extra charges were fees from the dealership for the loan which is a complete lie. After all was said and done the wrote me a check for $950 to shut me up, but they still stole 2k from me. This is one of the most blatant forms of thievery i ever witnessed Richard is a complete liar and a thief which i told him to his face. I understand that dealerships are slimy but to lie this bad is really beyond anything i have witnessed. will never recommend or use this dealerships and make sure to tell everyone i know about this. Shameful. More

Soooo after a misunderstanding that would’ve cost us to walk away from what we thought was a closed deal. Rich came through with what I want to believe was a honest mistake and not only was the deal closed walk away from what we thought was a closed deal. Rich came through with what I want to believe was a honest mistake and not only was the deal closed. Rich was able to save us few extra bucks along the way. At the end of they everyone was happy!!!
