We arrived & waited 30 minutes in Service Dept. as they couldn’t locate our car that was being serviced! Was very aggravating! Caleb our finance guy was at lunch & he took our car directly to service Dept. couldn’t locate our car that was being serviced! Was very aggravating! An older woman with blonde hair named Lee kept asking us what did we need today & what we were we doing there!If you don’t know who your service advisor is your are just plain out of luck! Not very good customer service at all! More

For comparison, I have bought several cars and been to several dealerships- this was the smoothest and fastest car buying experience ever. I will not buy a car anywhere else!
