Northside Lexus Never Disappoints! This is the third car I have purchased from Northside Lexus. Whenever it's time to get a new car, I thoroughly research Mercedes, BMWs and Audis, always finding my way back to Lexus. Why? Lexus is just a proven brand with a consistently solid resale value over the years. Lexus vehicles have never let me down. I had the pleasure of working with Nick Makrakis this time around. Nick was so wonderfully patient, listened to my needs and concerns and was truly knowledgeable in the Lexus brand. Nick is a true professional and helped make the car buying experience enjoyable- the way it should be. Nick went above and beyond to make sure my experience was positive and that I walked away with a great deal! I would definitely recommend Nick to family and friends. The new facility is nice and your treated very well and with respect for being a loyal customer- unlike some other dealerships (BMW and Mercedes), who are snobby and act like they are doing you a favor.
