Great Experience Went to Northside to find a new vehicle for my wife. While we were looking at vehicles, John Hovenden was walking by and asked if we had been helped. He talked to us about the features of the GX460 but was never forward or pushy like typical dealerships. We went back to his office and discussed options. The 460 color combination that we liked was not on the lot so he told us he would find one and get back to us. Again, with no sales pitch or pressure. We walked out and got a call the next day and told us he found the vehicle and if we wanted to get the deal moving. We agreed and a week later I showed up with our trade and made the deal in 15-20 minutes with John. Went from there to Marcus for finance and he explained everything very well along with options available. Great experience all the way around. More
