I did my research ahead of time and the car on hand was not exactly what I had in mind, but the sales consultant I worked with, Donnie Holcomb, was very knowledgeable; he made very sound, logical explanations on the strengths the car and it did not take me too long to reconsider. He did a very thorough job addressing my initial resistance and made sure the deal was as stress free as possible. I walked away very pleased and legitimately stunned at how smooth it all went. As for the car: so far, so good. In many ways, it feels like my first real adult car... in that the buttons are not blanks and actually correspond to some functionality. And boy, is there is functionality out the wazzoo. My background is in IT, so I thought I'd have a pretty good handle, but I am ever grateful for getting assigned a technology specialist to go over some highlights. The tech specialist, Ava Pierce, did a fine job going over the basics. I am very grateful for the smooth experience so far. One good indicator of how a dealership treats their customers is by spending a little time in the service waiting lounge. On my first visit here, after completing the deal, I sat in the waiting lounge for a little while and noticed people actually seemed happy to be there: smiling and chatty.
