The finance manager explained my purchase options, L certified benefits, the extended warranty benefits and options, and walked me through the purchase process. I never felt pressured or rushed. The sales consultant and finance manager educated me on my vehicle and financing options. I was well informed and satisfied. Everyone was friendly and accommodating.
