Sure, it's different, making decisions newly alone, but David has deserved the Henry loyalty. The decision of what's best for me? Sure, that can seem intimidating - Thank you, David, for always making me feel like Northside is family. Because of your personalized attention to what you have perceived most suitable for me, every time there has been a decision to make, the one you suggested - the Lexus RX450, the only one I drove was perfect and the decision was no problem. To have a personal representative as David is, is so excellent. I have said for several years now, "Where David Gardner is, is where my next automobile will be". When it comes to automobile decisions, feeling that we are special and individual - it's priceless to keep being shown that we are individuals and that David is tuned in to individual wants and needs. Again, decision time, and different considerations and options this year. There is no question who to inquire for help through the newer options, and information why, about each model. My "go to" person who is wisely capable and empathetically comfortable to trust in every way. I believe this is standard for Northside - I can know with confidence about David. What an awesome experience to move forward w/ 2019 ES350! I wasn’t comfortable with leased 2016 leased vehicle. I was released on 11/21 at advice of Bobby Bosley. They got me out of lease with 5 months left I wasn’t comfortable with leased 2016 leased vehicle. I was released on 11/21 at advice of Bobby Bosley. They got me out of lease with 5 months left. So excited to see new 2019. Only issue was higher interest rate of 4.9 when I had found one for 4%. Heard many of car companies are using this coercive methodology to force clients to accept .9% higher. I will handle this later. More
