I am a returning customer and this was my second vechicle purchase from Northside Lexus. My previous experience was with Jason Yeomans in the sales department was so exceptional that I made it a point to see purchase from Northside Lexus. Every interaction I had with Jason , from first meeting to final delivery was performed with the utmost attention to detail and professionalism. I came into Northside Lexus with my wife and my 19 year old son that day. It was my son's his first car purchase . I really appreciated that Jason used this sales interacton to walk-through and educate my son on the car buying process. Jason tactfully used the time with us to make my son aware of the mis-conceptions he had about purchasing a car. He used our purchase as a great teachable moment for him. I also want to point out the excellent service provided by Jeff Cullingford in the finance department. He also took the time to familiarize my son with the finace process. I appreciate the effort he made to obtain the financing required to complete the deal. Jeff also assisted me with my previous purchase at Northside Lexus. It reveals much about this dealership when a customer is so pleased with their car buying experience that they would want to come back and do the process again. Mr P was kind and helpful. He was not pushy which puts him above average in my experience. I do think the usual games were played in order to lowball my trade in.
