The first was a new 2012 Jeep Rubicon that had some significant mechanical issues that were fully and competently taken care of at that time. I found the initial sales person, William Hogarth to be fairly easy going and relaxed as he was very knowledgeable and presented as an informative educator as to the Jeep Renegade. Jeff Cormier, was a very upbeat and jovial individual who also demonstrated a demeanor that was outgoing and laid back. As Jeff's ability to execute the financial documents was done in an expedient manner while also allotting for questions and the explanations while processing the forms. It was the " great and wonderful Oz, Neil Reising " who had a particularly elusive and charismatic personality, as he was situated in an office that was on a podium and had all of the dramatic effects of a theatrical performance except for missing the curtain and smoke screen ! Neil negotiated the sale as the manager and was rather polished in his profession as he created an aloof presentation utilizing the exchange of verbiage between myself and the sales person, William. I would recommend the Sullivan Northwest Hills dealership as their personal and the added thespian performance of the staff makes the buying experience that much more enjoyable ! More

2018 Wrangler Lease I was in the market for a Jeep Wrangler lease and originally stopped in to Northwest a few weeks ago to start my research and search. I was greeted by Bill Reudgen who gave me some quick information about the different Wrangler options and he said he would work up a few options. In the mean time I contacted a few other dealerships to see what they could offer as well. In the end Bill continued to deliver on my request and was able to find exactly what we were looking for in a new Wrangler. The process was extremely easy and efficient as Bill and I did everything through text which Bill said was the first time he did a full deal completely through text. It was the first for me as well.
