He is knowledgeable and helpful and above all he loves the Porsche brand and it is obvious from your first conversation. He also supports the Auburn Cord Desenberg Automobile Museum Driving Experience where the top Porsche owners participate. The best experience I've had so far with buying a car! From the moment she first replied to my inquiry about a specific new Audi Q7 and until we finalized the deal, Dyan was an absolute pleasure to discuss From the moment she first replied to my inquiry about a specific new Audi Q7 and until we finalized the deal, Dyan was an absolute pleasure to discuss with. I had numerous questions about the 2018 year model Q7 and she never tried any pressure tactics, she showed an excellent knowledge and expertise about Audi cars and provided me with all the information I needed to feel comfortable with my decision. And in the end I decided to drive almost 150 miles from Columbus to Ft. Wayne mainly because of the great experience I had in interacting with Dyan. Needless to say, she followed up with us the next day to make sure we got home okay (we left Ft. Wayne at dusk) and to see if we had any other questions about our new Audi.
