In addition, extras were thrown at me far into the sales process, like the rust proofing and gap coverage, and I think I would have liked more time to consider them or see how they affected my costs. I was recommended to Oak Lawn Toyota by a friend who had recently purchased her Camry from Scott Hill. I visited the dealership on a Wednesday evening to check out a used Ford Focus I had seen on the websi recently purchased her Camry from Scott Hill. Jacob, one of the internet consultants, called me back within an hour after submitting an online inquiry and I was able to set up an appointment to test drive that night. I was greeted graciously when I walked in and immediately met Scott to test-drive the car. He was awesome! He was just as my friend said, kind and easy-going, yet knowledgeable without being pushy or pressuring. Scott spent quite a bit of time with me to go over inventory that fit my needs. I wasn't planning on buying so quickly, but I went back the next night to buy the Focus. The best part was I walked away feeling that I was treated fairly and with respect. I highly recommend these guys! They are so great and you can tell they really love what they do; it shows in their attitude and treatment of their customers.
