This was the third dealer I visited in the day I purchased my car and needles to say it should have been the first, last and only one. Rob was very friendly from the start. We got to business right after we gathered all the info we needed without him pressuring us into the sale which made me like him even more and come back to purchase the car from him the same day. He was honest and gave us the best deal without a long tiring car deal process. I felt like I was dealing with family and not just a car salesmen. I just love this dealership and would reccomend it to everyone, besides toyotas being one of the best and most reliable cars on the road. He had great follow up skills in getting back to me to work out the final purchase. I have purchased 2 Lexus's, and 2 Toyota's from Orland in the past, but Bob Spee is the best salesman I have encountered in my previous purchases of the Toyota brand. He took the most time of any salesman in explaining the operation of the new car, and walked me through some of the fine workings of the Venza.
