Made a deal to buy a car from this establishment, had a certified check printed and car added to my insurance to purchase the next day. Then I get a call I need to sign all of the purchase documents ele certified check printed and car added to my insurance to purchase the next day. Then I get a call I need to sign all of the purchase documents electronically, from 3 hours away, while never seeing the car. Then they "sell the car" to someone else who is apparently stupid enough to blindly sign the papers on a car from another state. Don't waste your time with this rinky-dink shady car lot. Not to mention the documents were never even sent to us. Also, the car was a tesla that was still attached to the previous owners account leaving it not chargeable at a public charger, and succeptible to be stolen due to the previous owner being able to locate and access the car via the app. Thanks for wasting half my day guys! More

Lot’s of waisted time waiting and waiting. After good start with the salesman showing me couple of model and road trial, things kept deteriorating. Need lot’s of help. Wait his manager for a price, wait to get the trade-in value, wait for approval of x,y,z. I can’t believe how frustration was generated through this car purchase experience due to surprises one after the other. Got in at 12:45 to learned at 7pm that I would have to leave with a loan vehicle. Spent the whole day in the dealer for nothing. It was our 2nd buy at this place. Totally different experience than 2 years ago. Unfortunately bad experience. Very bad. Salesman keeps saying « I’m sorry, I’m sorry» but yet still sitting and wait. Employees fill cafe lounge instead of working on vehicles. My oil change took 3 hours. Very nice facility but would get more accomplished with shorter wait times if the employees work rather than si vehicles. My oil change took 3 hours.
