The dealership so far we've had no issues. However the service advisor I had was nice up until I asked for an update on my vehicle warranty that we paid for. Then her demeanor and wording went However the service advisor I had was nice up until I asked for an update on my vehicle warranty that we paid for. Then her demeanor and wording went left fast. As if I insulted her by asking. Then proceeded to say my child "yanked" the pulley off the 2nd row seat. Btw GMC designed the cloth pulley to be pulled in order to get out of the 3rd row. Quote for $2k. I asked for the manager who was more polite than Victoria, and she mumbled something while going to get him. Very unprofessional. More
