Brought my brand new truck for an oil change and ended up with a big paint chip in the door. Accidents happen but It took two paint jobs to fix it and the body shop tried to pass off suboptimal jobs twice. T with a big paint chip in the door. The only reason I did not give them one star is because Mike, the Service Manager and Glenn from Service did everything possible to make it right.
