The manager wasted my time coming up there when in fact I had been there prior to wanting to trade out my car for a bigger vehicle and the manager stated he would work with me but didn’t! Just had me come up there just to waste my time with the lies he told over the phone so him and Oscar Soto laughed as I walk out the door, just disrespectful and so unprofessional. I so had it with purchasing a vehicle from Buick !! However overall service is good except when I ask them to check my tires and I had to come back 2-3 days later because they just put air instead of checking it to see why the air was coming out but they finally fixed it thanks.
