Salesman Troy Connelly was absolutely fantastic to work with. He answered all my questions and was willing to keep going back with my offers, to get me a great deal. I was pre-approved for my loan by a credit union, with their best rate. The finance person almost lost the sale for Troy. Basically because I didn't want an extended warranty for an additional $4000, he made it sound like the new Toyota I was buying was a piece of junk. Told me the vehicle only had a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty and will not last. I am a Toyota person. Both of my old Toyota's have gone well over the warranty. One has 302,000 miles the other 280,000 miles and both are still running strong. The finance guy said my Toyota's are old and don't have as many computers in them and the vehicle I was buying had 46 computers and would probably breakdown. I almost walked away but remembered it's a Toyota and the finance guy is wrong. Then when I declined anything additional for the vehicle, he became annoyed and downright rude. I almost backed out of the sale but my history with Toyotas has been fantastic because they last a long time and I wasn't going to let a rude finance guy ruin a good deal. Watch out for the finance guy, I would give him zero stars but everything else about the salesman and the dealership was 5 stars. More

Was very happy with Nathan Parker was very helpful and went out of his way to help!
