We have brought in our RAV4 multiple times because of faulty heated/cooled seats. Each time all anyone does is hook it up to a machine to tell us the heat output from the heaters, but nobody actually sit faulty heated/cooled seats. Each time all anyone does is hook it up to a machine to tell us the heat output from the heaters, but nobody actually sits in the seats and sees/feels how the heat is distributed in the seats. If you can’t feel the heat in the seats, or if you can only feel heat on one side of the seat, what’s the point? The rear heated seats in the back get hot, but not the front seats. We got a rental rav4 while our car was in the shop and the heated seats are 10x better than our hybrid rav4. I just thought Toyotas heated seats were crappy, until we got our rental. Now I’m convinced there is a defect or someone installed it incorrectly. The only thing the Toyota checks for the warranty is the heat output by connecting to a reader. Again, if it’s not felt, or if the heat is distributed unevenly, what’s the point of having it?! This is a serious problem, because this was a major factor in purchasing this vehicle. Very upset. More

I have owned Toyota cars for more than 20 years and have always taken them to the dealer to be serviced. The service I have received at Brent Brown Toyota now Orem Toyota has been excellent. Communication on how long the service will take for my cars is crucial since I normally wait at the dealership. The Service Advisors I have worked with are great at keeping me apprised of timing, etc. I highly recommend Orem Toyota for servicing your Toyotas. More
