Overall, the service center does fine, but if you own an NV passenger van, they struggle to service those properly. I have owned my van for 10 years, now, and have had repeated issues with this service cent NV passenger van, they struggle to service those properly. I have owned my van for 10 years, now, and have had repeated issues with this service center regarding the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS). They rarely get it set properly when I have the tires rotated, resulting in me having to return to the facility for a second time to get them to reset the TPMS. Their prices are okay, if you get the Advantage Care package for the oil changes and tire rotations, but you can get parts like batteries and tires much cheaper elsewhere. More

I bought a 2023 Prius and did not realize until I got home there was a stain on my headliner. I asked the dealership to fix this as it is a brand new car. I was told several times by Kyle and Ryan this home there was a stain on my headliner. I asked the dealership to fix this as it is a brand new car. I was told several times by Kyle and Ryan this would be fixed but never was they ended up scrubbing it off making the headliner look a hundred times worse. More

Service is arduous and slow. I have a road hazard option. Got a flat tire that ruined the tire. It was covered under the service.
