The service staff will over charge and find excuses to charge for unnecessary services. Fully take advantage that I am a young woman who is not familiar with car service knowledge. I had ordered an XT5 to be factory built, as the dealership couldn't find just the car I wanted. Dealer could not get a "build date". After 6 weeks I decided not to wait longer, as I had sold my pre dealership couldn't find just the car I wanted. Dealer could not get a "build date". After 6 weeks I decided not to wait longer, as I had sold my previous car and the buyer needed it. I accepted a substitute XT6, similar but not quite what I ordered. Was upset with the lack of communication between factory and dealer and myself about the inability to get a build date. Dealer's salesman offered many apologies, but knew I was not happy. More
