I’ve sent my Cadillac in twice regarding a transmission shutter. The first time at 25,000 miles they flush the transmission before required mileage. The second time it was brought back in. They took it for a 3 mile ride charge me for a service tech and the transmission was low on fluid. After a conversation they were going to refer us to a Chevy dealer don’t have a lot of faith in Cadillac. More

I am sorry that you only have 5 stars, because the staff at Otto is exceptional and I would give them more. The screen that controls the radio and CD player wore out and had to be replaced on 8/29. When I arrived home, I could not get the CD to eject. I called immediately and Cheyenne scheduled me to come back on 8/31. I tried to get the CD player to eject the CD without success when I went out on 8/30. However, later that day it started to work and it has been fine ever since. I called Cheyenne back to cancel the appointment. I appreciate all of the patience that was extended to me. More
