They never pressured me to buy the car. I had a message on my car that said that I need a service on the All wheel drive system. They repaired the issue. It ended up the rear end needed to I had a message on my car that said that I need a service on the All wheel drive system. They repaired the issue. It ended up the rear end needed to be replaced. All fixed at no charge. More

Will never do business with Otto again, ever since having my car serviced there it runs strange & idles high.. when i called to report it, was told my car has 100k miles, what do i expect? Was told if i retu my car serviced there it runs strange & idles high.. when i called to report it, was told my car has 100k miles, what do i expect? Was told if i returned to have it looked at again and it had nothing to do with the service i had just received by them, that i would be charged a minimum of $179 just to have it looked at again. RUN! More

Great people and excellent care but went to have something fixed and left with them stating it was fixed and was not. Also not happy that I have to have things fixed already when a brand new car. something fixed and left with them stating it was fixed and was not. I have owned three-4 brand new cars before this one not GM product and never needed anything fixed coming from the factory. More
