Sean was very thorough and listened to any concerns that we had about the car we were looking at, he then went through each concern to find out if the vehicle had the features we were looking for. He let us take as much time as we wanted to go over the vehicle and didn't rush us at all. It was a surprisingly pleasant car buying experience and not at all like other big dealerships that try to get you to buy a car you don't really want. More

I called the service center and they “squeezed me in” that every day. I had trouble with one of the rear windows not operating properly. While I waited and they’re very comfortable waiting area the techn that every day. I had trouble with one of the rear windows not operating properly. While I waited and they’re very comfortable waiting area the technician took apart the window and found that a part of the window channel was not properly installed. That person fixed it and put everything back together. It works wonderfully now. What surprise me was they wash my car after the service was done. They told me this was all underneath the new car warranty which pleases me very much. I highly recommend OTTO Cadillac More
