We started out great, Dan was friendly and gave us his utmost attention and I felt comfortable dealing with him until the very end after the papers were all signed and we were ready to drive away when I a utmost attention and I felt comfortable dealing with him until the very end after the papers were all signed and we were ready to drive away when I asked for the spare key fob. I was told the the people that traded the car in didn't give it to them and that they were not going to get me another. I was livid, a new key fob is upwards of 3 to 4 hunders dollars. The worst part was he lied to me when he said " I'm pretty sure I told you". He never said a word. More
