I had originally received an e-mail from Sean Mac Whinne about my visiting your on-line site and viewing a white XT-5 with a beautiful tan interior. However, when I showed up at the showroom and met with Da about my visiting your on-line site and viewing a white XT-5 with a beautiful tan interior. However, when I showed up at the showroom and met with Dan another customer had already started the purchase process. I was disappointed about that as I had had my heart set on that vehicle. Dan showed me another XT-5 a 2018 model. He was upfront with me about the vehicle having been in an accident. I test rode the vehicle and was impressed. It had a few more miles than I was hoping for but I decided to go ahead with the purchase. I have had the vehicle for 3 days now and I am very happy with it thus far. More

On this occasion there was a lack of communication as to the part that was being installed and if anything else was going to be required. When it came in the appointment was made for the installation and inspection, the car was dropped off the night before. I received a call saying that the car was done. When I came on to pick it up I was told that the inspection couldn't be done until the car was driven 100 mile to reset the computer. I explained that the inspection sticker was expired and I would be able to drive it 100 miles without possibly getting a ticket. I feel that all this should have been explained way before the part was ordered and installed. I've always had good service and customer care in the past, but this time I felt that there was a lack of communication between service and myself. I was told that the customer service manager was going to be involved and that I would get a call back...that has not happened as well. Update: The service manager did reach out to me to find a solution. Roger, suggested that I not pick up my car and that he would have one of his service techs drive the car a couple of days to see if the computer will reset. Needless to say it took 1 day and not a 100 miles...I was very surprised and happy to get this resolved. More

This could simply be done by issuing you a checklist of upgrades, and then heading it back to the finance officer, and he would explain what you want. Please know most people buying a Cadillac, it is not their first rodeo they know what they want and need. The technical support person that went over the car before we took it on the road was exceptional. He went over so many different electronic controls. At the end, he said, I am sure many items are not clear, but please call me and I will go over them again or stop in and I will assist you. Recently, I noticed four hooks in the trunk, which I believe is used for installing netting to keep packages and groceries from moving around in the trunk. Please note no such netting was in the car when we picked it up. Could you please have one sent to our Home @5Camden Circle delmar NY 12054. Thank you. More
