"Genuis Appointment"

We had a genius appointment with Brian to show us all the features of our new BMW X3. Brian Menda was extremely knowledgeable and explained every feature with ease. He also spoke to us in a way that was easy to understand and make sense of all the options. Brian was also friendly and patient. He took his time to help us better make full access of our car. Brian's ability to teach us how to use the features of our new X3 has made us even more excited and happy with our purchase and driving experience.

Just had my wife’s 2016 M235 in for service and can’t say enough about the EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE we received at Otto’s BMW. They always treat my wife & I like celebrities and provide us with up to date information and provided us with a loaner which greatly helped with our hectic work schedules. From the moment you pull up to drop your car off your always promptly greeted and then taken to your service advisor in a very timely manner. Special thanks to Joe Izzy (service advisor), Dave Winnemore (Shop foreman), Jake Zimmerman (Shop technician) and Chris Clayton (Service Manager). Thank you all for the great job you did on my wife’s car! We couldn’t be happier! This is why we will continue to patronize Otto’s for sales & service for all of our BMW’s and all future purchasing. As a returning client, Dallas matched me with Scott Gately we were a perfect match - he was so patient and gentle and gave me all the facts and concerns about my car selections. When my Mini Pomeranian "Luna" jumped out of her bag to love him it sealed the deal. Today I came back with questions and concerns - he gave me a loaner to look at my car and give me a double check. This is the second time I’ve worked with Brian Menda in his role as “Genius”. I learned quite a bit from him 3 years ago with my first experience with IDrive. This go around focused on the newer technology associated with my 530e. Brian has a great way of understanding what you know already and then extending that knowledge such that you can take full advantage of the available technology. The hour plus flew by and proved that even us “older folks” can learn a few new things everyday!

Joe Izzi was very knowledgeable and corteous, and did everything to meet and exceed my expectation from the service. All my concerns were resolved and even more, the service team found another safety issue with my vehicle and fixed it, with Joe’s direct involvement and supervision. Otto’s BMW has renewed their facility which is very convenient for customers who decide to wait while their caris being serviced. There are tables or sitting areas available with free Wi-Fi, coffee, water and snacks. Staff is very knowledgeable and respectful. If you don’t want to wait, a loaner BMW is always available for you to use. Great place to service your BMW or Mini!

I called and made a reservation for car service at this place because it's closer to my home. So I took off from work and drove there only to find out that my appointment was at a different site that's lot farther from here. I had to cancel my appointment for that day
