Our experience with Pacific BMW was the best car experience we have ever had. First of all I spoke with Sevak Adamyan (Manager) he was so helpful asking the right questions. He then turned us over to Chris Petzing for going over details about the options and specs. After we decided on the BMW X5 we wanted, it was clear we needed to special order the car, Wow! how fun. Sevak and Chris helped in that process. Okay, the X5 arrives and we get a call, so exciting! We give some information over the phone for finance, so helpful. My wife and I are now on the way to Pacific BMW. We get there and meet the team. Now we are introduced to Ed Oganesyan, He takes us on a test drive of the car and then does a tutorial on the car ( a lot to go over) but fun. We get a photo of my wife with the X5 and a bow on top, so great! Next, we meet Lucy Garabed (Finance) she is helpful explaining our finance options including the best warranty. Oh yeah 1.9% for a four year term, so good! We knew BMW had a great name and this team just just proved it. Thank you for treating us so well. More
