Pacifico Ford

Pacific Ford has a drive up low maintenance service and although it took more than 2 hours for a regular oil change and state inspection I was oleased . However they utilized my wheel lock pack and did not although it took more than 2 hours for a regular oil change and state inspection I was oleased . However they utilized my wheel lock pack and did not put in all my wheel locks back. I am missing 2 of the 4. I I formed cashier and no one called me back.i called back and informed the service tech, and of course he denied he ever saw all my wheel lock kit. What also made it so bad was the fact that 1 of the wheel locks was in the back floor of my truck and 1 was un the open compartment in front and the lock was in the passenger seat ,and the other 2 magically disappeared. I called Pacifico ford for an inspection and weird noise my truck was making at start up, Steve Dalterio got right to the bottom of the issue and kept me informed along the way with updates not to mention m my truck was making at start up, Steve Dalterio got right to the bottom of the issue and kept me informed along the way with updates not to mention made sure there was a car waiting for me at the dealer as to my truck was gonna take a few days to complete.
