When I had car trouble, Bobby Sue was very helpful. Molly helped with our purchase of new vehicle and was friendly and helpful as well. Unfortunately, we were promised a tank of gas upon delivery. This didn’t happen, went unnoticed until we needed to purchase $55.00 worth of gas in order to get home that very day. When it was brought to Mollys attention, we were told we could come back for a fill. This was unacceptable due to the fact we were leaving FL to drive to IA…we suggested that a $50 gas card would be appreciated, that didn’t happen. We were also promised the seat covers (from our 2024 Blazer) would be re-installed in the new 2025 Blazer. Upon pick up of our new vehicle we were told service department was unable to do this. Disappointed in promises made before the sale, but not kept. More

After initially not having a very pleasant experience, leaving my car in for service for almost two weeks, they finally took the time and kindness to help me by providing me with a car for my service whil leaving my car in for service for almost two weeks, they finally took the time and kindness to help me by providing me with a car for my service while my car was at the dealership for repairs. Leaving aside the unpleasantness I had the first few days, I want to thank Franchesca for helping me make my experience as a customer pleasant and thus leaving me satisfied as a Chevrolet customer. I won't leave a bad review because in the end, nobody is perfect, and everything can be resolved when the job is done right. Thank you to everyone who participated in the repair of my Trailblazer.
