Had a recall on my Lincoln MKZ. Something about door lock springs or something. Took it there there a year or so ago and they checked it. Said it was fine. Got a second notice about the same thing stating it might not have been check right and to have it check once again? So I figured I’d have it done at my next oil change since it was a simple “check”. I was told I need to make a separate appointment for that. That’s BS,.. another day from work because someone didn’t check it right the first time? Really? But if something was found that my car needed at the time of the oil change,.. there’s no problem doing that,.. I’m assuming because that’s something you can charge me for and the recall isn’t. More
