My highly subjective rating of this dealership is I’ll never go there again. I took my truck in to have a BTSI (part that prevents the shifter from moving unless your foot is on the brake). I dropped th never go there again. I took my truck in to have a BTSI (part that prevents the shifter from moving unless your foot is on the brake). I dropped the car off in the morning around 10:30. The service writer said they needed to hold my truck overnight, okay, no big deal. I get a call from service writer at 12:30 informing me the part will take 3-4 days to arrive. Okay, no problem. I’ll pick my truck up today, call me when you have the part and I’ll bring the truck back. I needed to help a family member move so I needed my truck. I get another call around 2:45 and the service writer says the repairs are complete and my truck is ready to be picked up. Okay, that’s weird but okay. I feel like the service writer was dishonest about getting the part in time. I go that evening to pick up my car and they’re charging me $1200 for the repair. The BTSI part is $99 on MOPAR website. The charges included is a TPMS charge of around $600, a repair I never asked for and we never talked about. A repair I never authorized and a repair that wasn’t needed. My personal opinion is I’ll never go here again, and god help you if you get Kimberly as a service writer. More

Austin was, without question, the worst part of this entire experience. His communication was terrible. Calls went unanswered, messages were ignored, and I constantly had to chase him down for update entire experience. His communication was terrible. At several points, it felt like getting a response from him was harder than buying the actual vehicle. The most frustrating part is that I specifically told Austin I have an 8-month-old and a 2-year-old and asked one simple question before purchasing the vehicle remotely: does it smell like smoke? I was assured it did not. The car arrived and, within seconds of opening the door, multiple people commented on the smoke smell. There is no other way to say it—I told him I had two small children and he sold me an ashtray on wheels. Thankfully, Chris, his sales manager, stepped in and actually got things done. Chris was responsive, professional, and followed through when Austin would not. If Chris hadn’t gotten involved, I genuinely don’t know where this situation would stand today. Thomas in finance was excellent. Transparent, efficient, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. He was easily the best part of the entire transaction. If this review were based solely on Austin, it would be one star. Chris and Thomas are the reason it’s higher. More
