Kevin was all smiles and helpful…until he got the sale. Then he refused to accept the $500 dealer website coupon toward floor mats or even acknowledge the delivery of my vehicle in unacceptable condition - Then he refused to accept the $500 dealer website coupon toward floor mats or even acknowledge the delivery of my vehicle in unacceptable condition - it was dirty with streaks and spills, yet he chose to blame the delivery drivers and say that delivering the car was a mistake - instead he should have made me drive the hour and a half round trip back to the dealership to pick it up…he offered to “buy me a coffee and clean it up again” if I brought it back over. Again, an hour and a half trip. For coffee from your showroom floor? No thanks. He was beyond smarmy and disrespectful after he got the sale. Finance guy was great, but sadly it was Kevin I had the displeasure of dealing with and would NEVER recommend to anyone. Especially not another woman - single mom or otherwise. Typical used car salesman attitude came shining through and refused to honor the deal we had discussed prior to my going in to sign the paperwork with the finance guy. More

The process was quick and relatively painless. I submitted alot of information via email and online so the salesperson Mr. Willem was able to make it happen within 30 or so minutes after I arrived I submitted alot of information via email and online so the salesperson Mr. Willem was able to make it happen within 30 or so minutes after I arrived. My payments are higher than I wanted but are par for the course for my trade and credit. The only drawback was I arrived about an hour before close so everything was a little too fast. By the time I realized additional questions and concerns, the deal was done and it was a few days later. Getting a response before the sale was very prompt, but brutal afterwards. Now, I have a great vehicle, decently priced, with only 1 key and no owner's manual. I didn't think about inquiring on that before I finished the sale. I am probably about to end up spending $3-500 on a key (fob) because I didn't think or have the time to see if they would add it into my sale or offer to get it as a perk since the total time from initial contact to sale was less than a week. Lesson learned. More
