I took my Ram 1500 to Palmer Dodge for some warranty/recall work, a burnt-out tail light, and to get a key cut and programmed. They failed all the way around and kept my vehicle for over a week warranty/recall work, a burnt-out tail light, and to get a key cut and programmed. They failed all the way around and kept my vehicle for over a week. They were able to cut and program the key, and charge me $144 for it, even though I supplied my own key and key fob. When I inquired about the price, the service advisor advised that they charge miscellaneous shop fees, and could not explain. Over a week later, of me calling everyday, they say that the vehicle is ready for pickup. I schedule an uber, I get to the dealership, I get charged 144 for the key, and I'm told the parks needed for the recall work aren't in, that they would be in soon, and she would call when they arrive. I asked if they at least fix the tail light bulb, and she said no they were going to get all that at one time. I then went to an auto parts store, and changed the tail light myself in about 5 minutes. I then called troncalli Chrysler Dodge told him about the recall / warranty work needed, and they said they would send a technician out to my home in 2 days. They did just that, they sent a technician to my house, and he made the repair in about 2 hours in my driveway. Troncalli for the win, Palmer Dodge for the loss, and I mean they blew it. I've already left a review in google, as well as the general manager of plumber dodge, and it seems nobody really cares. That's apparent in the lack of quality service, or customer support. More
