Jim Miller was great to work with. Low pressure and really was informative about the vehicles I was looking at. This is my local Jeep dealer so that's why I chose and continue to go there. My last experience had me take my vehicle in three times for the same issue. Not ideal circumstance, but they did provide a rental. The facility itself is very tricky to get in and get out of. There is no place for customers to really congregate inside and or a waiting room. It's very much a cattle of moving pieces. The facility should be updated and reconfigured, but knowing they are working with suck limited space it would probably near impossible to do and remain open. The staff inside are friendly enough. Honest and for the most part communicate with you. I know the staff is dealing with Jeep products so they are inundated everyday. That must be challenging. While I do feel for them it is what they support so the mess is inherited. More
