We started our experience at 7:30PM (after a test drive of two hours) which is a little late in the day so we were puzzled by the long wait to meet with the finance team. After we did meet with finance, the experience continued to be great. Was not pressured to buy extra things after the sale and the finance staff was just as professional and friendly as Nathan. My only small complaint of the length of time we had to wait to complete the deal with finance. It was not the finance team's fault as there was just one person checking out all deals that evening. I blame the dealer for not really staying on top of the wait times for meeting with finance. If long wait times are normal at this dealership, the dealer ought to hire more finance staff so customers do not have to wait hours to finalize their deals. More
