Andrea was great to work with! We found a used ID4 at their dealership. We had a new one on order that wasn't expected to come in for a long time. We had never bought a used car before that wasn't a classic car. She made us feel comfortable about the used car and insured we had all of the information on it. Made the deal and they delivered to us for a very reasonable fee three hours away. We still wanted the new ID4 and weren't happy with the local VW dealership that we chose through VW to have it delivered to. Worked with Andrea and had the delivery dealership changed to Paramount even though it was going to be a three hour one way trip. She put up with me asking lots of questions on the used car and the new one finding out the status once it had left the factory and always responded. She shared the excitement when it was on its way to the dealer and the same day it came off the truck it was charged up and she had it perfect for us. The deal took only a couple of minutes as the paperwork was prepared before we got there. I told her we will see her again when the ID Buzz is released. We took the three hour trip to pick it up in the first ID4 we got from her and she even had it charged up for us on a fast charger while we finished the process. I will take the three hour trip again as long as she is still with the dealership. More

Yes, he provided options of which I chose to not take, like hybrid vs gas only car, etc., but never did I feel pressured or “hounded”. Excellent customer service and support, Mateo.
