I purchased my Cadillac CTS from Paramount Porsche Volvo & Volkswagon store and have had issues in the front and rear banging, clanking & scraping the wheel well terribly since I purchased the car! Took my & Volkswagon store and have had issues in the front and rear banging, clanking & scraping the wheel well terribly since I purchased the car! Took my car in 3x and was told each time repairs were done and car was fixed. It was never right! The car clearly was not inspected before selling. I gave up taking it back to them for numerous reasons and 1 year later (recently) I had no choice but to replace all struts, shocks (right one had been leaking for a long time per mechanic), sway bars & linkage. Parts the dealer stated were changed were not. And after that and replacing tires (the dealer stated were not bad and not the problem) I no longer have a hum going 25 mph or higher, scraping gone and rides like it should have the day I purchased it! 6k later! Will never recommend Paramount or purchase another car from them again. More
