2013 XC90 service and 2018 XC60 purchase It was pleasure to deal with Bobby Stenstrom and his crew on any issues I had with the XC90. Bobby was always very accommodating and pleasant to deal with and my issues were always resolved. I have been looking for a new car for some time and discussing a particular XC60 with Evan Payne for about a month and a half. He has been a gentleman and very understanding during all our discussions and dealings. We bought the XC60 when visiting for service on the XC90 and sadly it happened to be on Evans day off. When I asked to speak to Evan I was told he was off and both Steve and Rudi took care of our requests and even arranged demo drive of the car (which was in the showroom) for my wife. More

If they are so amazing for a vehicle not purchased at their dealership I can only imagine the confidence one could have after purchasing a vehicle here. Experience with Paramount Auto Group We were on a trip south from WV when our 2000 Jetta began to lose power. It was late in the day when we stopped at Paramount VW dealer in HIckory. NC We were on a trip south from WV when our 2000 Jetta began to lose power. It was late in the day when we stopped at Paramount VW dealer in HIckory. NC. The service department took us right in and determined what the car needed. We chose not to have the Jetta repaired instead we purchased a new 2017 Jetta. We were most pleased with the way various members of the dealership went out of their way to be courteous and helpful. The salesman, Evan Payne, seemed to have great knowledge of the cars and was very helpful in finding the right car for our needs. More

Fixed car blemishes in paint in timely matter! Chemicals from a local car wash baked into the paint. Chad got me in quick and John in the detail shop did an awesome job sanding and buffing out the Chemicals from a local car wash baked into the paint.
