Quick & smooth! With already knowing what vehicle I wanted or had in mind, which is the 2018 focus st, half the battle for Dan was already done. Then with his own personal experience with the focus st, he gave me every little bit of info I needed to know. He had good energy from the jump & never lost it & was also passionate about the car. Then when it came towards the paperwork side of the process Dan & Jenn worked well with what I was asking for & needed, especially with my military status. All in all I had a great experience with the whole process from start to finish & it was quick, all with under 2 days! More

Unwilling to solve problem. New problems arise from service Terrible service location! I will remove this negative review if they help me with a very simple issue! Every time I come here I leave with another Terrible service location! I will remove this negative review if they help me with a very simple issue! Every time I come here I leave with another headache with my truck. They replaced my radio over a year ago and since then the controls don't work correctly or reliably (change the volume and it skips a track, sometimes won't turn on at all). I can't get the Sirius Radio set up again. The ID number they gave me for the radio didn't work and Sirius said I had to take it back and have the service department call them. They we're going to charge me a minimum of $135 for the tech to look at it. It shouldn't matter how long ago or how many miles it has been, nothing has changed, and I hesitated to bring it back for them to get it right because I knew it would be a headache. I had previously told them multiple times that things still weren't right and if they do manage to fix the issue something else is wrong or not put back together properly or they scratched the interior, and I don't trust them. However, they are the only people who hold the key to getting the satellite radio working, and it would be nice to have that for a long trip. More

When it became time for a new car, I called Jason and he immediately went to work for me. By now he knows me well and he knows what I like. He searched and found me the most awesome car… Exactly what I wanted. I traded in two cars and was paid more than fairly for them. When my new car arrived I went to the dealership and again as usual the seamless transfer took about an hour and I left to go back to work with a smile from ear to ear. I was very satisfied with the other three cars that I had purchased and was very satisfied with this purchase… Why would I go anywhere else? More
