Hello Frank, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and bring this to my attention. I'm sorry that you are unhappy with your purchase experience with us here. Please understand that we do need use a Cadillac Certified body shop for any paint and body alterations performed to your vehicle in order to meet Cadillac standards. This, in turn does carry a higher price point, but helps to prevent any cosmetic issues later on. Also, we do not paint calipers due to the constant heat from the brakes, which causes any paint not applied directly from the factory, to flake off over time, so we must do a caliper cover instead, which does cost more. I'd like to discuss your experience with us here in further detail. If you would please call me here at 516-378-1130. Automobile still not even finished I was never told the payment was going to go up so drastically I was quoted 823 and payment ended up 1020 so where around it was never told to me I realize payment would be a little higher but was never told how much and I pad for break calibers out of pocket just very poorly handled was never given option to order car the way I wanted payment would have been so much less and work still not even completed I am now being inconvenienced multiple times just whole process was handled poorly the sale was the most important to your people not my best interest
