I had a constructive conversation with Shai about a problem with my wheels and a past service mishap. He was very responsive to my questions offering many options for me to improve on my car's (2017 CT problem with my wheels and a past service mishap. He was very responsive to my questions offering many options for me to improve on my car's (2017 CTS) ride. He offered to pick of my car and bring me a loaner, I felt he was genuinely concerned about satisfying me and finding a solution to the wheel/tire dilemma. He willingly put in a lot of time discussing and satisfying my concerns without me feeling rushed. I am confident the he and his crew will follow through to resolve the issue as they have in the past with general service and repairs. I am also thankful to the friendly, professional service reps, who have helped me over the years. More

I brought my 2017 CTS to have the front-left rim straightened out. After the job was done and bill paid, I received my car in the front lot and had to deal with several noticeable problems: I straightened out. Also, I thank Dan for his help during the week, offering me a loaner in a more than reasonable time frame. I gave him only a two-day request. The service manager even reached out to me personally to check up on the service. More
