I've been dealing with Paul Conte for 20+ years and have found them to be the very best all around dealer. Everyone in the showroom treat you like royalty. And, my salesman, Sam Manning is simply the best found them to be the very best all around dealer. Everyone in the showroom treat you like royalty. And, my salesman, Sam Manning is simply the best! The members of the service department are all the same... treading you like royalty. My wife was driving a BMW and was very dissatisfied with the service and staff and had many issues with the car... I recently had a flat tire and we drove the car to PC on Sunday evening. She drove me back to PC on Monday at 1:30pm, expecting to pick up the car. To make a long story short, with both of our leases about to end, at 6pm, we drove out of PC with two new Cadi's. I have the new CT-5 which is simply outrageous, but... my wife drove out with the new XT-4 and I can tell you... she's so in love with this car... she loves everything about it and cannot stop talking about the car and her experience at PC. Cannot thank everyone at PC enough to show our excitement with our new cars. And I really earned so many "points" getting my wife out of the BMW and into the Cadillac XT-4. More
