PATHETIC Customer Service! I was referred to this dealer by KBB for an instant cash offer on my truck. After following instructions from KBB, I called Perfection Honda and spoke I was referred to this dealer by KBB for an instant cash offer on my truck. After following instructions from KBB, I called Perfection Honda and spoke with Frank Smith who informed me to bring in my truck for an inspection. After driving across town I met with Frank and Mike, another associate, and the Silverado was inspected. Both were amazed by the great condition of my vehicle and said they were very interested in making the purchase. We spent over an hour waiting for them to make us a formal offer. Instead, they kept delaying saying they needed to receive phone calls from other people/sources. This was surprising as both were in positions of authority and could not make a decision. They asked if we could go "have lunch" and return later and they would have an offer ready. We decided to go home and they said they would contact us in a couple of hours. We never heard back so at the end of the day we called and were told they were not ready yet. The next day we called to follow up and were routed to a voice mail where we left several messages throughout the day. For the next two days we kept trying and leaving messages with no returned calls. Finally we gave up and went to Quality GMC/Buick where they purchased our vehicle in under 30 minutes and were very happy to get it. We were so impressed with the Buick dealer, we wound up purchasing a Buick instead of a Honda we had initially planned. We had been in Perfection Honda three times in the last 10 years and have never had a good experience with this dealership. There is NO perfection in "Perfection Honda"! Moral of the story: DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE! They don't even deserve the one STAR I had to select. More
