In a matter of two hours I drove over to see what he found for me and purchased it without even driving it. I had a busy workday but was able to pick it up late that afternoon. Our salesperson, Jason, was straightforward & FAIR. Buying a vehicle is stressful enough without having to worry about the other stresses too. Jason listened to our needs. He took our offer (considering NADA) and made a fair deal with us. It was actually the easiest and fastest car buying deal we've ever made. They detailed the vehicle and made arrangements for another key fob to be made at the dealers expense. A totally smooth process! Jason was very polite and courteous! That is extremely important in this day and age. It seems customer service is so lacking, people are rude or greedy, or they just don't care about the person in front of them. Jason helped us get the best deal possible. We left feeling satisfied and happy! Unlike at the other local dealership, which made us feel unimportant, less than valued as a customer, and as if they were taking advantage of us. Thank you very much Jason! He walked us through ordering our new truck from the plant just the way we wanted it. He spent the time to explain everything and answer all of our questions. We started the process almost two months ago and were starting to get discouraged because we couldn't find exactly what we were looking for. I was looking online one day and came across a Tahoe at Pete Moore that I was very interested in. I sent it to my husband and he was willing to go look at it over the weekend. We called Friday night to make sure they still had it and spoke with Chad. He was very nice and took the time to look up the car to make sure they had it before telling us they did. He even sent us pictures of the inside that night! My husband and I explained that we would come by the next morning and would like to test drive it. We showed up at Pete Moore, were greeted by Chad as soon as we got out of the car, and he had the Tahoe parked up front ready to show us. He rode with us during our test drive and was able to answer every single question we had about the car. We even got to talk about his sweet family and what brought them to Pensacola. Chad went above and beyond to meet our expectations. He wasn't pushy one bit, was very informative, and got us a great deal on the Tahoe that I now currently own! We walked away that day buying that Tahoe and I know if it wasn't for Chad, that wouldn't have happened. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about him and Pete Moore! More
