Upon arriving, Jeffrey Lee met us and helped us through every step of the process, from test drive to taking possession of our new car 3 days later. He was extremely responsive when I emailed a question or concern. I usually received an answer within minutes. We have absolutely no complaints, and we feel we got a great deal also!
