Service is a joke. Broken catalytic converter and Phil Fitts Ford refused to fix it. Taken to another dealer and it's fixed under warranty. I brought my vehicle in for repair after a collision with a deer. Tony and his staff are top-notch and the best in the business!! Paula called me with updates numerous times and to make sure I was happy with the loaner and to see how things were going. Those calls were totally unexpected but very much appreciated (I never had another shop care as much as they did). My vehicle was repaired quickly and looks like new (inside and out). The detailing they performed was a pleasant surprise when I got back into my vehicle to find that it was immaculate! I would recommend Phil Fitts, Tony Oliva, and Paula Miller 100 out of 100 times!!
