Very good truck buying eperience at Phil Long Ford Littleton I had been looking at trucks for several months on the internet and saw a used F350 that looked good to me. Nameer Mikhail was the sales person that I had been looking at trucks for several months on the internet and saw a used F350 that looked good to me. Nameer Mikhail was the sales person that helped me. He asked what I would be using the truck for and patiently showed me used trucks that were available. Nameer also told me about the rabates available on new 2016 trucks, the F150, that definitely suited my minimal towing needs compared to the F350 or F250. His patience with my questions and his knowledge of the trucks was fantastic and helped me decide to purchase the 2016 F150. I can honestly say I have no regrets regarding the purchase and am very satisfied with the truck. Nameer was great! More
Vehicle delivery was wrong, Coolant leak under 1000 miles Low ratings... some of it is on Phil Long some on Ford. Phil Long got the delivery wrong, couldn't read the sticker on what the ~$60k truck should have on it, this is on Phil Long. Coolant leak off of the turbo started at 350 miles that is on Ford. Brought the F150 Lariat in for service and they were the most organized of my experience. Had a loaner which was great. Truck was out of service for 6 days to put on the tonneau cover not installed for delivery and fix the coolant leak. I went to pick the truck up, and I thought they might wash it for me but they didn't. I asked two service reps for a discount on some parts given my bad experience as some good will, they said it wouldn't be a problem. Went to the parts counter; they tried to help but were very non-committal to a parts discount given the complete hassle I had. I am supposed to get a call back. It is like my time was not worth anything. Suggest customers keep their expectations low or go to another dealer for sales, service and parts! More

I wanted to trade in my used vehicle, pay a very specific amount in cash, and be out-the-door owning a vehicle. I feel very fortunate to have encountered Dustin. I told him exactly what my intentions were and what my budget was. We went around the lot looking at used vehicles. If there was something I was interested in that was out of the budget I had related to him, he told me, he didn't stand there trying to sell me something I'd already told him that I didn't want or couldn't afford. I drove off the lot that Saturday with a car that I love, fully paid for with cash and my trade-in. Working with Dustin was not only painless, but enjoyable. I recommend him to everyone and definitely intend to buy my next vehicle from him! More
