Our salesman was extremely knowledgeable about the Ford line of cars and gave us lots of information as to the ins and outs of the models we were looking at. We test drove several models of the Edge and Nameer encouraged us to try different versions of the car until we found the exact one that met our needs. By the time we sat down to talk price, we were secure in what we were buying and excited about our purchase. While Nameer was working out the paper work he bought us lunch at the dealership's cafe where we could talk privately about our impending purchase. We were treated the whole time with great respect and courtesy. We would totally recommend Phjil Long Ford. More
