The other salesmen didn't try and sell me when I walked up, I simply arrived, stated what I needed, and everything flowed smoothly from there. Derrick is humble and honest, a hard trait to find in a car salesmen. Based on my experience alone, I would drive from Colorado Springs to buy a Ford from Derrick even thought there are two other dealership that are less than 20 miles from my house. More

After giving up on finding the truck I was looking for, Juan asked for some specifics and Juan Montoya at Phil Long Ford really came through for me. Soon after, he contacted me saying he had found the exact vehicle I was looking for on another dealer's lot, and asked me to come in to finish the paper work. I assumed that because very few were left, and he knew that I was interested in a fairly particular model and options, that the price would be high or difficult to negotiate. I was wrong. Not only had he located the truck I wanted, he had worked out an excellent price that beat all the competition I had already been working with. He gave me a no-pressure, no-nonsense deal, treated me very kindly and I came away happy. I got the truck I wanted, at the price I wanted in a polite and efficient manner. I quickly received a call from Bill Tevebaugh and later that night I was test driving an F-250 that was the perfect truck for me. I believe that I received a fair deal but more importantly I was treated with respect and Bill worked hard to make sure that all of my concerns and needs were met. I had not received so much respect at other locations that I visited as I shopped around. This dealership has my business for any future vehicle needs that I will have. More
