Referred to Phil Long Ford as a Family and Friends customer. Spoke with GM Robert Mcmann about purchasing a new F150 Lariat and was asked to come drive some vehicles. Drove from Parker to their store customer. Spoke with GM Robert Mcmann about purchasing a new F150 Lariat and was asked to come drive some vehicles. Drove from Parker to their store and drove two trucks. When I was quoted $3,000 off list on an $85,000 truck I was astonished. I actually got a better discount online from Medved’s internet manager without going to their store. Will never go back to a Phil Long dealership. More

I was directed to James (Slavic last name) in the used car section because I was interested in a car I'd seen online. He was welcoming, helpful and very professional. Unfortunately the car was disappoi car section because I was interested in a car I'd seen online. He was welcoming, helpful and very professional.
