Twice I came to this dealership to get just my oil changed. And twice was told the wait was over 5 hours! I was told if I wanted to leave my vehicle overnight they could get to it the next day. Phil Long is struggling to maintain and hire new technicians to staff their service dept. There can be a myriad of reasons for this but I think one must first examine the reason/s why people are leaving there. Phil Long is in danger of losing many loyal customers like me.
