Horrible. Bought 2 trucks - OVER $120K. Changed finance terms on both without communicating. Trucks scratched and dented. Can't even get a call back. Lies after lies. Paperwork not filed correctly with the county - 4 months later still trying to get registered. No response to emails nor calls. Shameful. Bought another new one from Longmont Ford and it was done right. I will never buy another vehicle from Phil Long. Spent $250K in 3 years there and still can't get a response. More
